You Don’t Deserve To Feel Stuck In Life
People experience trauma. This is part of being human. Whether it is related to sexual abuse, medical trauma, mental and emotional tragedies- it can hit any one of us at any time. Most people struggle after a trauma and do not know how to change or fix it. They feel stuck because they are unsure of what to do. This is especially true when it comes to healing from trauma. We want to be safe and learn to love life again, but just don’t know how.
Talking to a therapist one on one can be really helpful, but often it is not enough. We still struggle even though our heads tell us we shouldn’t be.
Struggle with relationships?
Can’t seem to find time to rest?
Don't feel like yourself anymore?
Unsure where to begin to heal?
Constantly feeling anxious?
Acute trauma- this means you are currently in the aftermath of a disastrous experience, whether it has been a violent crime, domestic abuse, assault, or some other recent event. You might be confused or still very upset and reactive. Being in a community might be helpful at some point but working one on one initially can really help you prepare for the longer healing process. If this is you, please reach out to me for 1 on 1 therapy.
Long term trauma- this is defined as someone with trauma in their past that still experiences the effects of it. Maybe you are struggling in your relationships, feel anxious, or have difficulty managing your emotions.
Life doesn’t have to feel this hard.
If you are ready to connect with others and feel the support and community that a group program can offer, then join us for the OKT program. Together we will work each week on creating new patterns of healing and restoration. If you’re tired of feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure how to heal, it’s time to move-one small, kind step at a time.

Areas of focus:
SAFETY- we will spend the first 30 days focusing on creating safety. This will include exercises and skills to help you be less reactive in social situations, manage your emotions better, and help you feel more confident and secure.
CONNECTION- the next 30 days will include information and exercises on reconnecting with your own body and soul. We will learn somatic exercises as well as gain further skills in relationships and boundaries.
MEANING- in the final month we will look at ways to create meaning from our experiences and tragedies. From there you will develop a sense of well-being and purpose that will help you move from tragedy to the post-traumatic growth process.
You will leave this program feeling more confident, at peace, and more fully alive and integrated into the life you desire!
Who This Offer Is Best Suited For
This program is for you if:
You struggle to manage your emotions and often feel stuck in trying to change.
You feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or the challenges of daily life.
You have had trauma in the past and you wonder if it is impacting your life regularly.
You’ve forgotten what it feels like to truly be yourself.
You’re ready to stop feeling stuck and start creating a life you love.
Through my innovative OneKINDthing (OKT) for Trauma Framework, I’ll guide you to set specific, achievable goals and take meaningful steps toward your healing!
The Distinction Between Talk Therapy and OKT for Trauma framework:
Psychotherapy and group support serve different purposes, though they can complement one another beautifully.
Psychotherapy focuses on addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. It helps individuals resolve these issues and improve their overall functioning.
Group programs, on the other hand, allow you to connect with others, feel their support, create actionable steps towards healing in a community of like-minded people.
As a skills-based therapist, I’ve seen these two modalities blend seamlessly to benefit my clients. That’s why the OneKINDthing (OKT) for Trauma Framework goes beyond traditional therapy. This unique therapeutic coaching program is designed to:
Set clear, actionable goals for healing and growth.
Help individuals move beyond trauma with specific skills and training.
Break free from the cycle of being stuck and feeling lost or overwhelmed.
The process is simple: One KIND Thing each day, and you’ll start to see meaningful change.
✅ Calm your stress and anxiety.
✅ Build skills in safety and connection.
✅ Feel supported every day in a safe, encouraging community.
✅ Create real, lasting change in your mental well-being.
